a parking lot-type atmosphere. During our second visit here with our Tiffin in 2015, we found the trees to be a bit cumbersome to maneuver around. A thorough tree-trimming is needed to fully extend slides and easily slip in and out of sites. We also noticed that interior roads are beginning to break down and could use paving. Another visit in the early spring of 2016 led us to find that interior roads had been paved and trees had been trimmed. Roads are narrow and when the park is full, as it was during both of our recent visits, accessing your site and maneuvering turns requires caution and patience. During winter months, reservations are a must as the park fills with long-term snowbirds, NASCAR fans, and Spring Training baseball spectators. Overall, this is a nice stop along a desolate stretch of the interstate.
