Ken's Lake Campground, Moab, Utah
with cash or check at the kiosk at the entrance of the campground. Ken's Lake Campground has two different loops, both with gravel roads. The higher loop, offering just over ten sites, is tucked up against beautiful red sandstone outcroppings. These sites are better protected from wind and offer more privacy from neighbors due to the juniper shrubbery that speckles the landscape. Additionally, some of these sites are set along a small creek, which provides beautiful views and the sound of tumbling water. The lower camp offers open sites that are less protected and private as far as landscaping, however the sites are more spacious. All sites offer picnic tables and fire rings. Tent pads are level and most site pads, graveled, are level. A trail leads you to the lake where fishing is permitted. The trail also takes you in the opposite direction towards the red sandstone cliffs. This easy, level trail meanders along Faux Falls Creek that eventually stumbles upon a beautiful waterfall. The conveniences of Moab are just a few miles away.
