Olympic Peninsula/Port Angeles KOA, Port Angeles, Washington

KOAs are all pretty standard, which many RVers find the predictability of comforting as they roam the country. This KOA is in a very scenic and popular region on the Olympic Peninsula. We had an impromptu landing here after campsite complications at
Sequim Bay State Park and found our stay here to rank in the top handful of our KOA stays. The campground is fairly scenic and slightly wooded. Interior roads and site pads are dirt/gravel. One appealing thing about this campground is that it backs to open space and is also decently removed from the highway, so it is quiet at night. Cabins, primitive, and full hookup 30 and 50 amp sites are available. There is free wi-fi, but only for two devices-choose wisely. A plethera of activities are available here including: volleyball, basketball, tetherball, horseshoes, swimming, spa, playground, and bike rentals. Inside, you will find a large game room with air hockey, ping pong, and a variety of arcade and board games. A well-stocked convenience store and gift shop, along with free movie rentals are available. If you need air in your tires or a propane fill, you can also find that here. Friendly staff will also help you navigate the activities available in the area.
